His commissions encompass a wide range of valuation work – including sub-divisible land valuations, insurance, finance and mortgage valuations, chattel valuations and valuations for property depreciation, purchase, betterment and sales. Tony’s preferred property sector is the residential and lifestyle property market.
Tony’s approach to all valuations is consistently uncomplicated: he likes to do his best to provide an honest, accurate, reliable service to all clients in a timely manner. He is a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and has recently obtained his registration.
