Sean is the Chairman of Prendos and Respond Architects as well as being a Registered and Chartered Building Surveyor. He is an internationally experienced technical specialist in the area of commercial property and has developed and refined the company’s approach to commercial surveying since 2010. Sean has been with the company since January 2004 and has remained at the forefront of Prendos’ pre-acquisition technical due diligence, condition survey and dilapidation services.

Throughout his time at Prendos, Sean has also been involved in carrying out surveys, writing reports and finding solutions for defective buildings – including acting as expert witness, providing remedial recommendations, scoping and detailing repairs, overseeing repairs and carrying out the role of engineer to the contract on a wide variety of building types.

Sean is responsible for business development and marketing activities at Prendos, particularly for our structural and fire engineering service offerings.
