With sixteen years’ experience in property consultancy and valuation and eight years’ in client side project management, Michael possesses a unique combination of skills that provides a real point of difference for our South Island clients.
Michael’s primary role is to establish our South Island valuation and property consultancy business, part of which includes undertaking valuations of residential, commercial and industrial properties of all shapes and sizes. He also draws upon his property contacts and experience to assist and advise in many other areas of the business.
Michael began his education with a Business Diploma, but his interest always lay in property. He went on to complete a property degree at Lincoln University and became a Registered Valuer in 1998.
His previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Kirk Roberts Consulting, Project Manager for Christchurch City Council and Vero Insurance, Loss Adjustor for the Earthquake Commission and Senior Valuer for Colliers International.
