As a Registered Valuer, Michael completes a wide range of valuations for residential, commercial and industrial properties – focusing primarily on the South Auckland area.

Prior to Prendos, Michael worked as a valuer for Seagar & Partners and TelferYoung Ltd in Auckland, and brings with him a great deal of experience in the assessment of large scale commercial and industrial buildings.

Michael’s natural interest in property, combined with his excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills, see him deliver accurate, thorough valuations for a range of Prendos’ clients.
