As the first person our clients meet when they come through the doors of our Auckland office, Lorna plays an important role as the face and voice of Prendos. She not only welcomes visitors and answers phone calls, but keeps the business running smoothly from an administration perspective – managing everything from meeting rooms, library and staff vehicle log to stationery, business cards and courier requirements.
In her Project Administration Support role, Lorna enters disbursements into the Prendos system and assists Project Administrators with report compiling, document preparation, photo sections and other administrative tasks as required.
Lorna’s background is in both administration and occupational therapy, and she obtained a Bachelor of Health Science in 2006. More recently she has sought positions that allow her to utilise both her people and office skills – something that her role at Prendos certainly offers.
A people person with a great sense of humour, Lorna is friendly, task oriented, helpful, organised and has excellent communication and social skills.
