April has been part of the Prendos valuations team since 2006 and continues to deliver top notch service across Auckland. Her experience covers all types and classes of real estate – residential, industrial and commercial – with her sweet spot lying in residential, apartment and lifestyle block valuations.

April graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor in Property in 2006 and joined Prendos soon after.  Since then she has gained her certificate of registration and promotion to Associate status soon followed. She is a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand.

In her spare time April hits the dance floor to jazz music to practice her swing.
