Leaky Home Repairs – Costs & Failures of the Financial Assistance Package

Philip O’Sullivan, Director at Prendos and NZIBS President, comments on the Leaky Home Financial Assistance Package offered by the government, saying that he has encountered a high rate of repair failures in the past because people focus on costs, not quality.

This report claims that hundreds of leaky homes are having to go through a second round of repairs, after the first set failed.
