The original company Prendos Limited was established in 1988 by Greg O'Sullivan as a valuation and building consultancy.  Now Prendos New Zealand Limited is a nationwide company with offices in Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington and Christchurch.

Prendos as a brand grew dramatically.  Prendos New Zealand Limited is now a highly successful multi-skilled, multi-disciplinary consultancy employing over 85 staff  across several disciplines – building surveying, valuation, quantity surveying, architectural design and dispute resolution.
