This means that individuals at Prendos are regularly called upon to provide an independent and impartial determination of disputed issues either as Arbitrators, Adjudicators or experts.  Those people can also take an expert lead in dispute resolution.

Arbitration – a third party neutral under the provisions of the Arbitration Act 1996 and its amendment, by award, decides the result for the parties.

Adjudication – decision under the Construction Contracts Act 2002, which on a fast track process for building contracts is primarily aimed at cashflow.

Mediation – a third party neutral helps the parties reach an agreement.

Independent expert determination – where an expert is privately contracted to resolve a dispute between parties.
 
 

Prendos has well qualified personnel across a broad range of property building, construction, contract issues, quantity surveying and valuation.

We can assist as the Arbitrator, Adjudicator, Mediator or provide expert determination.
