The level of work being undertaken by Prendos Limited Building Surveyors is rapidly increasing.  The demands are now so strong outside of the Auckland region that Prendos is establishing support offices in Tauranga, Wellington and Christchurch. 

These regional offices will be supported by the Auckland support centre that forms part of the Auckland operation.  With the evolution of IT and its sistership communications, Prendos has been able to grow and keep in check the costs of the growth so that it is able to continue to provide effective and efficient service to its client base.  

Currently we have completed projects in Tauranga and some near completion with others soon to start.  In Wellington we have a very large project and separate smaller ones and in Christchurch we have a very large project that is starting to spread into other similar and smaller projects.  

The multi-disciplined expertise of Prendos and its building surveyors has formed the foundation of this growth along with its understanding and empathy with people who have suffered problems in the leaky building field.  For years now, we have experienced the stress, hardship and turmoil that can accompany the process of finding their domestic and even commercial premises affected by what has become to be known as “the leaky building syndrome”.

With this in mind, soon we will be able to announce production of a guideline document to assist people in dealing with this difficult area providing some self-help tools, guidance notes and direction so that they can make clear sighted decisions, whether they use Prendos or another similar consultant.
