Launched in 1988, by Greg O'Sullivan and Trevor Prendergast as a valuation and building consultancy. It now has six directors with the addition of Greg's brother Philip, an internationally recognized building expert, and Gordon Edginton, a highly regarded registered valuer. Richard Maiden, a well-regarded Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor and Dispute Resolution expert and Mark Williams, who is rapidly becoming one of New Zealand's top Remedial Designers and Building Surveyor.
