 THE PRENDOS LEAKY HOME GUIDE
Prendos has produced New Zealand's first Leaky Home Guide to assist homeowners in understanding the issues surrounding leaky buildings. The guide highlights issues that need to be considered. It explains the available assessment and legal processes.
Our motivation to produce this document came from meeting people who had been given bad advice or did not know where they could go for assistance.
We believe this Guide will be of assistance also to legal counsel with their clients; help Body Corporate secretaries handle the multitude of questions and even assist defendant parties in comprehending the overall effect and issues surrounding this complex and vexing problem.
