Ricky Zhong BBS
Ricky Zhong graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of
Business Studies in 2006 and is the most recent member of our valuation
team.
Ricky emigrated from China in 2001 with a Diploma of Business from Ji
Nan University having spent eight years as a Development Manager and
Property Consultant.
Ricky is multi-lingual being fluent in English, Mandarin and
Cantonese. Ricky values residential properties primarily in West and
South Auckland.
Ricky is married with two children.

Gary Howard B.Sc (Quantity Surveying)
Building Surveyor & Quantity Surveyor
Gary commenced employment with Prendos at the end of September and with
his broad quantity surveying background he is looking forward to the
diverse and interesting opportunities that exist at Prendos.
It is seven years since Gary immigrated to New Zealand and his prior
work experience includes contracts administration, quantity surveying,
residential property development and employment with a light commercial
construction company.
Gary’s interests outside of work include trying to play golf, kayaking
and enjoying his children who are at the playful ages of nine and
eleven.

Kevin Chow B.Eng. (Civil)
Building Surveyor
Kevin has a degree in civil engineering and has wide experience in
contracts and construction management of both residential and
commercial projects. He has worked in various capacities in Malaysia
and Uzbekistan before moving on to New Zealand five years ago. In New
Zealand Kevin has managed projects of a varied nature, from sound
studios and wellness centres to a hotel and apartments.

Ken Warin NZCD (Arch)
Building Surveying Assistant
Ken joined Prendos five months ago as an architectural consultant having lived and worked in Auckland for the past 38 years.
The Ministry of Works taught Ken the essentials while he gained his
qualifications; NZCD (Arch). The time spent on site during the
construction of the Auckland International Airport and Medium Security
Prison was rewarding and Ken also enjoyed building two homes for his
wife and three children at Browns Bay and Takapuna in his spare time.
After eight years working on contract with various architects, Ken
joined Milford architect John D’Anvers in 1997, working on mainly top
end residential homes and alterations including the Fairview Lifestyle
Village in Albany.
